Pine Hollow
The project consisted of the installation of approximately 1 mile of 60” storm pipe crossing over three Western PA communities (Kennedy Township, Stowe Township, and the Borough of McKees Rocks)
- Completed over a period of 486 days
- Completed without any safety incidents
- Excavation depth ranged from 8 feet to 25 feet and was approximately 8-10 in width
- Self-performed all of the excavation

- Removal of approximately 25,000 cubic yards of material
Due to Extremely poor soil conditions in certain areas of the project, a special slide rail shoring system was used in which Mongiovi and Son implemented with our own equipment and labor force
